Red bull 7Islands 2012 with Josef Ajram will be in Tenerifas part ofthe 7 ironman, one per island in the Canaries, just before Lanzarote’s Ironman where 1800 international atletes ill take part in the competition.
More than a marathon, 7 triathlons
This solo challenge by Josef Ajram is both human and sport with no precedent. Having to complete in the 7 Canary Islands ,7triatlons with no rest. Every day Josef is swimming 3.8 km, cycling 180 km and and 42 kms running, eventough the itinerary hasn’t been given yet. Red Bull will set several points in Tenerife to support Josef.
